These Terms govern your access to and use of Calla's website and service. By using Calla you agree to these Terms. This page is a plain-English template and not legal advice; engage counsel before relying on it in production.
The service
Calla provides an AI front-desk service that answers calls, qualifies callers, and books jobs into your scheduling software. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing ranges, and rules you configure, and for the lawful use of call recording and outbound messaging in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent it, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it. Calla will not be used to provide medical or legal advice, to quote prices outside your configured ranges, or to make binding commitments beyond its configured scope.
Fees
Fees are described on our pricing page and in your order. Setup fees are one-time; retainers are billed monthly or annually; any per-appointment fees are billed on booked appointments. Our 30-day guarantee is described at the point of sale.
Availability and reliability
We target high availability and a graceful fallback so a caller is never met with a dead line. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited as set out in your order.
Termination
You may cancel in accordance with your plan. We may suspend the service for non-payment or breach of these Terms. There are no hidden cancellation barriers — you can leave on the terms you agreed to.
